This place is fairly clean and ideal, located in a particularly good area only 5 km from Bugatti Circuit.

THis was our second stay here. Wonderful location by a lake with walks to and along the river. Good restaurant. Good breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to visit the historic centre of Le Mans by bus and tram. The tram also takes you out to L'Arche de la Nature on the edge of the city - great walks, and some interesting buildings.

The property has really friendly staff, a good area, an exceptionally nice and ideal location close to the shopping area.

An ideal and excellent hotel, my first choice in Arnage. " The suite had an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a work desk, and a TV. Free parking onsite provided. Not to mention free wifi!

Functional hotel with personable staff, I enjoyed stunning location. Outstanding and lovely room with bath and shower, I had an excellent stay. The breakfast was particularly nice and consisted of well presented meals.

Clean and tidy hotel in a handy location if you are visiting the circuit at Le Mans.I've stayed in better for the same price but I've stayed in worse for more. Not somewhere to take the wife for a romantic weekend but as I say for the race circuit it was ideal and so on that basis I would recommend this hotel

We stopped at a budget hotel on our journey to SW France. the location was perfect, next to a beautiful picnic spot, cum, beach, cum, park. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with good bedding. the staff provided excellent service and were friendly and polite. the breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and was clean and well, maintained.

The bathroom in the room felt a bit dated compared to the modern decor.

We loved the location right by the Plan d'eau de la Gemerie leading onto the riverbank of the Sarthe. A great place for a walk before dinner - and after! Restaurant was good as well with some excellent dishes. Very close to the exhibition centre.

Perhaps the service for dinner was a little too efficient at times - the main course arrived a little too soon after the entree!

The hotel is situated by a pretty lake, making it a perfect peaceful getaway. the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. the breakfast is ample and covers all your needs - we loved the varied menu that catered to everyone. the location is convenient, only a short drive away from the city center of Le Mans.

The Wi-Fi signal in most rooms is weak, which can be inconvenient if you need to spend time working online.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms slightly small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meal in the hotel restaurant was good quality and good value. Would definitely stay there again!
